Email account auto configuration

There are some email clients that support Auto Discovery which allows automatic setup for your email account so that you don't have to worry about server settings.

The supported Auto Discovery email clients are:

  • Microsoft Outlook 2010 and later
  • Mozilla Thunderbird
  • Some Android based devices

During the setup process you will be asked for your email address and password, if Auto Discovery has worked then that should be all you need to enter.

Depending on the email client you may be asked to approve our server providing the necessary configuration details.

The auto configuration setup process will attempt to set up your email with IMAP support.

If the auto configuration fails, please set up your account using manual email settings.
