Why am I receiving an error stating "The server you are connected to is using a security certificate that cannot be verified"?

This means that the mail server you are attempting to use does not match the shared SSL certificate on our servers.

Some email programs willl allow you to suppress this error however some will keep prompting you to accept the warning every time you open your mail program.

Please ask us if you are having problems with this.
