This email is to inform you of an upcoming change to your web hosting service. We have decided to migrate all services from our Plesk platform to our new cPanel web hosting platform. This change is focused at providing a better hosting experience to you.

cPanel is the most widely used web hosting platform available with official support for the CloudLinux operating system and LiteSpeed web server which we will be taking advantage of to offer you the best service possible.

Our new cPanel platform will have tighter integration with your client area allowing you to perform various functions such as:

  • Directly logging into your cPanel interface from your client area
  • Creating new email addresses directly from your client area
  • Jumping to specific cPanel tools with quick shortcuts within your client area
  • Automatic email account configuration with supported email clients such as Outlook and Thunderbird
We will undertake a full migration of your website and email content over to our cPanel hosting platform on the 16th of April between 9PM and 11PM and will test your website to ensure correct operation. We anticipate that any potential downtime would be very minimal and no changes will be required to your email settings.

If you have used cPanel before, you will feel right at home. If you've only used Plesk, you will find that everything you need is displayed in a very easy to navigate fashion.

One small difference between Plesk and cPanel is the way accounts are structured. Plesk uses a customer account which all owned web hosting subscriptions are listed under. With cPanel, each web hosting account comes with its own dedicated cPanel login area. Your current FTP login details in Plesk will become your cPanel login details for each respective web hosting subscription. You can always reset this password within your client area if you have forgotten your login details.

Your new cPanel login URL will be your domain with "/cpanel" added to the end (eg., or you may also log into your cPanel interface from within your client area.
